At Culkin Bar Barcelona, we were inspired by Macaulay Culkin's rebellious and fun spirit to create an original space full of personality. We wanted a place where every guest would feel at home, enjoying great food, exceptional drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.
This isn't about cinema, it's about eating like a movie. Behind this project, located in the trendy neighborhood of the Catalan capital, are Martín Pimentel, Javier Cadahía and Ritxi Naval, who are also the soul of V de Vermut and other places such as Pimentel and PDG.
Those behind Culkin are none other than those who credit the success of the neighboring V de Vermut, a space already recognized in the neighborhood that serves as a declaration of intent for this new establishment in Sant Antoni.

The Team
The liquid anchor is a wine list, co-managed by Amador Marín (former Tickets sommelier and Head Sommelier of the Iglesias group) and the Garage team, which prioritizes products from small producers, unique projects, and a focus on natural wines.
